RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
  • All reservations are to be made by online system.
  • Hotel reservations must be made by filling the Registration & Accommodation on line form.
  • Grupo Pacifico has block-booked some rooms and advises all participants to send their reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation (before June 30th, 2012).
  • In case the selected hotel is fully booked, Grupo Pacifico is entitled to book a room in an available similar hotel, and you will be immediately informed. Reservations will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
  • Hotel reservations & rates are limited to the Congress dates (arrival September 4th and departure September 7th, 2012).  For extra nights, please contact Grupo Pacifico.
  • Only hotel reservations received with payment for total stay will be confirmed and guaranteed.
  • Grupo Pacifico is the official ESCV 2012 hotel handling agent. Therefore please do not contact hotels directly for any changes or payments and address all inquiries regarding accommodation to Grupo Pacifico.
Payment of total amount of reservation is required.
ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATIONS
Once GRUPO PACÍFICO checks the accepted payments have arrived, the participant receives the confirmation voucher.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY & CHANGES

Any change of name will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be made.

  • Cancellations made before July 4th, 2012 will have full refund minus 50 € for handling fees.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 5th, 2012 or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.
  • In case of no-show the hotel will automatically cancel the room at 9 am of the following day and will make no reimbursement.

Corresponding refunds will be made from September 10th, 2012 onwards.
