According to the Spanish government law "Real Decreto Ley 10/2012", from September 1st, 2012, Spanish VAT applicable to registration fees should be increased from 8% to 21% and therefore these fees will be increased. The Organization will assume part of this increase, it is forced however to raise part of the registration fees, AS FOLLOWS:

| REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT |
- Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
- Registration must be done filling the online Registration form. One form per person.
- All payments must be made in Euros (€). No confirmation will be sent until GRUPO PACÍFICO has received the full payment.

Once GRUPO PACÍFICO checks the accepted payments have arrived, the participant receives the confirmation voucher. Please, check carefully this confirmation voucher.

Any change of name will be treated as a cancellation and a new registration will be made.
- Cancellations made before July 4th, 2012 will have full refund minus 50 € for handling fees.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 5th, 2012, or registered participants who fail to attend.
Corresponding refunds will be made from September 10th, 2012 onwards.
